Why is the welding current unstable in my Jasic Welding System?

  Unstable welding current in your Jasic Welding System can stem from several causes. The wire feeder may be failing, or the control PCB or wire feeding power PCB inside the machine could be faulty, in which case you should repair or replace it. Check the pressure arm on the wire feeder and adjust it properly. Ensure the drive roll matches the wire size being used. A badly worn contact tip or wire-feeding tube on the welding torch can also cause this issue, so replace them if necessary. Finally, using a poor-quality electrode can lead to instability, so switch to a good quality electrode.

  If the digital display is OFF and the fan is not functioning on your Jasic Welding System, it could be due to a few reasons: * The primary supply voltage has not been switched ON, or the input fuse has blown. Switch ON the primary supply voltage or replace the blown fuse. * The welding power source input switch is switched OFF. Switch ON the welding power source input switch. * There are loose connections internally. Check and tighten any loose internal connections.

  If there is no gas flow when the MIG torch trigger switch is depressed on your Jasic Welding System, it could be due to several reasons: * The gas cylinder might be empty, so replace it. * The gas regulator might be turned off, so turn it on. * The gas hose could be blocked or cut, so unblock or replace it. * The torch trigger switch lead might be disconnected or faulty, so reconnect the lead or replace the switch/lead.

Why does the Jasic MIG overheat LED light up?

  The overheat LED might light up because of insufficient cooling air. In this case, let the machine cool, and it will automatically start again. Another reason may be that the cooling fan is not running, check and repair the cooling fan.

  If the fault LED is on and the fan is running, it could be due to: The machine is under over-heating protection status. Allow the machine to cool; it can recover automatically. Also, check incoming mains supply to ensure it is within 230V +/- 15%.
