CHANGING THE NEEDLE
CAUTION:
Turnpowerswitchto(O)“0”beforeinsertingor
removingtheneedle.
Replacethe needle atthe rst signof thread
breakageorskippedstitches.Selectthecorrect
type and size of needle for the fabric to be
sewn.Turnthebalancewheeltowardsyouuntil
the needle is at highest position. Loosen the
needleclampscrew(A)andtightenagainafter
insertingthenewneedle.(Fig1)
Theatsideoftheneedleshaftshouldbefacing
awayfromyou(B).
Pushtheneedleup(C)intotheneedleclampas
farasitwillgo(D).
Tighten the needle clamp screw rmly. The
sewing needle must always be straight and
sharp forsmooth sewing. Replace the needle
(Fig2)ifitisbent(A),blunt(B)orthepointis
damaged(C).

ATENÇÃO:
Coloque o interruptor de alimentação na
posição (O)“0” antes de colocar ou retirar a
agulha.
Se a linha se parte ou a agulha faz pontos
em falso enquanto cose a agulha deve ser
substituídaporumanova.Escolhaomodeloe
tamanhocorretodeagulhaparaotipodetecido
comoqualirátrabalhar.Rodeovolantenasua
direçãoatéqueaagulhaqueomaiselevada
possível.Solteoparafusodexação(A)evoltea
apertá-lodepoisdetercolocadoanovaagulha.

O lado plano da agulha deve estar virado na
direçãoopostaàsua(B).Introduzaaagulha(C)
naabraçadeiraatéaofundo(D).
Aperte rmemente o parafuso de xação da
abraçadeiradaagulha.Aagulhadecoserdeve
estarsempreaadaeemlinharetaparaobter
bonsresultados.Substituaaagulha(Fig2),se
estiverdobrada(A),comobicorombo(B)ouse
apontaestiverdanicada(C).
