CAUTION:
Alwaysmakesurethatthemachineisunplugged
frompowersourceandthemainswitchison(O)
“0”. When the machine is not in use and before
insertingorremovingparts.
Remove the stitch plate:
Turnthehandwheeluntiltheneedleisfullyraised.
Open the hinged front cover and unscrew the
needleplatescrewwiththescrewdriver.(Fig.1)
Cleaning the feed dog:
Removethebobbincaseandusethebrushsupplied
tocleanthewholearea.(Fig.2)
Cleaning and lubricating the hook:
Remove the bobbin case. Snap the two hook
retainingarms(a)outwards.Removethehookrace
cover (b) andthe hook (c) andclean with a soft
cloth.Lubricateatthepoints(d)(1-2drops)with
sewingmachineoil.Turnthehandwheeluntilthe
hook race (e) is in the left position. Replace the
hook(c).
Replacethehookracecoverandsnapbackthetwo
hook retaining arms. Insert the bobbin case and
bobbinandreplacethestitchplate.
IMPORTANT:
Fabricuandthreadsmustberemovedregularly
basedonoccasionalandfrequentuse.
ATENÇÃO:
Veriquesempreseo aparelhoestádesligado dafonte
dealimentaçãoecertique-sequeointerruptorprincipal
estánaposiçãoO(“0”)quandoamáquinanãoestiveraser
usadaeantesdeinserirouremoverqualquerpeça.
Retire a chapa corrediça:
Rode o volante atéque a agulha que o mais elevada
possível.Façadeslizaratampaeuseachavedefendas
pararetirarachapacorrediça.(Fig.1)
Limpeza dos dentes impelentes:
Retireacaixadabobinaeutilizeopincelfornecidopara
limpartodaaárea.(Fig.2)
Limpeza e lubricação dos ganchos de retenção:
Retireacaixadabobina.Puxeosbraçosderetençãodos
ganchos(a)atéouviroruídodeencaixe.Retireoarodo
gancho(b)eoprópriogancho(c)e,deseguida,limpecom
umpanomacio.Lubriqueoponto(d)com1ou2gotas
de óleo lubricante para máquinas de costura. Rode o
volanteatéqueoarodogancho(e)queàesquerda.Volte
acolocarogancho(c).Volteacolocaroarodoganchoe
encaixeosbraçosdexaçãoatéouviroruídodeencaixe.
Introduzaabobinanacaixadabobina,coloqueacaixada
bobinanasuaposiçãohabitualevolteacolocarachapa
corrediça.
IMPORTANTE:
O cotão e as linhas da costura devem ser retirados
periodicamente, tanto se utiliza a máquina
esporadicamentecomocomfrequência.
