9 Ring gear mounting
a Degrease the contact surfaces of gear case 58 and
ring gear 64.
Mount the collars 63 on the gear case and apply
JCB Multi-gasket. Also apply a thin coat on the gear
case.
b Mount ring gear 64.

10 Holder assembly mounting
a Insert the planetary gear 72, bushing 71 and thrust
plate 73 into holder 76 and then insert shaft
assembly 70.
Note: Apply gear oil to the internal surface of the spur gear
and shaft assembly outer surface.
b Drive in spring pins 75.
Note: Drive in the pins with the splits facing towards
planetary gears 72.
