8. TROUBLESHOOTING
Symbol
The water soener needs to
be exchanged.
When does it appear? Acon
Contact your service provider
for water soener replace-
ment
The cleaning or ushing pro-
cedure needs to be executed.
If the icon is not highlighted,
cleaning must be executed
within in xx hours/days.
Flush or Clean the machine
( = Execute the automated
cleaning program)
The coee pack is empty Check / Replace the coee
pack
The milk pack is empty Check / Replace the milk pack
The machine is locked by the
operator and cannot be used
for drink delivery.
Contact the operator to un-
lock the machine.
The drip tray is not present or
not fully inserted.
Place the drip tray and/or
check if the tray is well con-
nected to the machine.

Symbol
The drip tray is full.
When does it appear? Acon
Empty the drip tray.
The machine needs to be
descaled.
Execute the descaling proce-
dure.
The machine is heang up,
e.g. during the ECO mode.
Wait unl the machine has
reached its operaonal tem-
perature.
The water tank is empty (only
applicable for machines with
a detachable water tank)
(Re)ll the water tank.
No water line or water
supply error (machines with
xed water connecon only)
Check the water supply. (wa-
ter tap, and/or lter)
No drink delivery / delivery is
blocked
This icon will normally be
accompanied by addional
icons and informaon (packs
empty, no water, etc.)

An error has occurred.

Coee almost empty.
There are two instances that
can be set :
1. Coee pack is 2/3 empty
Message is:
Please make sure to thaw a
new pack in me. Take into
account 2 to 3 days of
thawing.
2. Coee pack is almost empty
Message is:
Please note, coee is almost
empty. Make sure a thawed
chilled pack of coee is ready.
