BASIC OPERATION
Turning the Unit On or O
Press the (Power On/O) button, or press and hold any button to turn the unit
on. The display panel will show the message “JENSEN” to indicate the unit is ready
for use.
When the unit is on, press the (Power On/O) button to turn the unit o. The
display panel will show the message “GOODBYE”.
Selecting an Audio Source
Press the SRC button on the faceplate or the MODE button on the remote control
to select radio, auxiliary device or disc play.
Note: USB or SD mode can only be selected when an USB ash memory or SD card
is inserted into the USB port or SD port, respectively.
Volume
Rotate the volume knob on the faceplate or press the or button on the
remote control to adjust the volume level. The larger the number, the higher the
volume level.
Mute
Press the MUTE button briey to mute the sound instantly. Press it again to
restore the sound. Adjusting the volume knob also cancels the mute function.
Sound Adjustment Mode
The sound adjustment mode allows you to easily adjust your mobile audio system
to meet the acoustical characteristics of your vehicle
Loudness Control
1. Press the SEL button until “LOUD OFF” appears on the display panel. This
indicates that the loudness function is OFF.
2. Rotate the volume knob to select ON or OFF.
Bass
1. Press the SEL button repeatedly until "BAS" appears on the display panel.
2. Rotate the volume knob to adjust. When an equalizer preset is ON, bass
control is not available.
Treble
1. Press the SEL button repeatedly until "TRE" appears on the display panel.
2. Rotate the volume knob to adjust. When an equalizer preset is ON, treble
control is not available.
