Start-Up
NOTE: When it is necessary to replace the main con-
trol board, you must contact Product Technical
Support and give them the unit's serial number.
Product Technical Support will send the correct
file specific to the unit to configure the new main
control board.
The following control boards are optional depending on
the unit configuration:
• Options board (Table 15, Figure 7)
• The board is automatically factory installed
when an option is ordered that requires it
• Building system interface board (Table 16, Figure 8)
• The board must be ordered with the unit or
is automatically installed when an option is
ordered that requires it
• Modulating gas heat board (Figure 9 on page 34)
• Staged gas heat board (Figure 10 on page 34)
Field control wiring MUST be a minimum 20 AWG and
should contain a shield.
Consult the wiring diagrams shipped with the unit, or
use the RTUToolkit app to scan the QR code on the
unit nameplate to view them.
For field wiring diagrams, see Figure 11 on page 35
and Figure 12 and Figure 13 on page 36.
