14. Maintenance Check List
JCY-1800/1850 VDR/S-VDR Installation Guide
170
DOC No. 7ZPJD0387C
No. Check items Check Name of check person Modification operations Remark
2.11 The check of ACB after power on (If the ACB is installed into DSC)
ACB is checked in the following procedure, after power on DSC.
1) Check the voltage value inputted into each input CH of ACB with the
tester.
2) Check the full-range of each input CH of ACB in the drawing for
installation.
3) Check that setting position of strap is correct as specification of inputting
analog data. (enable/disable, voltage/current, range)
4) Open the detail window of sensor CH connected to the DSC in Sensor
section on the SYSTEM screen of Maintenance software.
5) Check that sentence data is displayed on window of real time monitor.
Check that % value to a full-range is outputted. Output sentences are as
follows.
$VRXDR,G,+50
,0,,G,+10,1,,G,+5,2,,G,+68,3*hh<cr><lf>
CH1 CH2 CH3 CH4
$VRXDR,G,+90
,4,,G,+40,5,,G,+25,6,,G,+78,7*hh<cr><lf>
CH5 CH6 CH7 CH8
6) Carry out variable of the output signal of the sensor that is connected to
each input CH. It checks that the input signal to ACB changes
synchronizing with it.
7) Enter the all information of equipment outputted Analog data connected to
the ACB in DSC.
8) Enter the coefficient of a linear equation for converting from percent value
to real value.
9) Check that all diagnosis lamp of Sensor section on the SYSTEM screen of
Maintenance software are displayed as GREEN.
Ex1: In the case of -10V to +10V
range:
+8V = +80%
Ex2: In the case of -20mA to
+20mA range:
50-ohm resistance is added.
4mA = +20% (0.2V)
10mA = +50% (0.5V)
The conversion equation is not
offset value and gain value of an
equation of 1
st.
