Note 1. For version 1.5, when the position is not fixed, outputs last measured position data.
For version 2.3, when the position is not fixed, outputs last measured position data, date,
and time.
For version 2.3, when power is turned on, or master reset is performed, the initial time,
date, and position settings are NULL.
