4.4.1 Fore and aft directions
Setup without obstacle down to -5°.
4.4.2 Port and starboard directions
Setup without obstacle down to -15°.
4.4.3 Within radius 1m from EME
Avoid obstacles more than 2 degrees within 1m
in radius from EME.
