Tools Required to Prepare the MX204 Router for Installaon
Blank panels to cover any slots not occupied by a component
Mounng brackets, supplied with the router
Sixteen screws for securing the mounng brackets to the chassis, supplied with the router
Phillips (+) screwdriver, number 2, not supplied
Four mounng screws, supplied with the router
Step 2: Install the MX204 Chassis in the Rack
To install the router in a rack or cabinet:
1. Posion the router in front of the rack or cabinet.
2. Aach an electrostac discharge (ESD) grounding strap to your bare wrist and to a site ESD point.
3. Align the holes in the front mounng brackets with the holes on the side of the chassis (see Figure
7 on page 9).
