Engine crankcase oil
Checking the oil level
Check the oil level daily.
n NOTICE
Let the engine be stopped at least for 5 minutes before checking the oil level. Do not
overfill. Engine damage can result.
• Stop the engine.
• The crankcase oil level dipstick is located on the right side of the engine. Open
the door.
• Remove the dipstick and clean it thoroughly.
• Reinsert the dipstick and pull it out again.
• The oil level should be between the marks on the dipstick.
Adding oil
• Remove the oil fill plug and add oil.
• Clean and install the fill plug.
• Close the door.
