recording

vision
TV

built-in
MUSE
decoder
having
HD
output
connectors

PB,
PR).

any
other
high-vision
TV
is
in
use,
you
have
to
connect
a
commercially
available
MUSE
decoder.
What
is
HD
mode?
(HD
denotes
High
Definition)
In
HD
mode,HDTV
signals
are
recorded
using
multiple
tracks,
HDTV
signal
was
originally
developed
by
NHK
of
Japan,
and
it
stands
for
High-Definition
Television.
HDTV
is
a
next
generation
broadcasting
system
which
eabies
high-definition
picture
quality
in
comparision
to
conventional
NTSC
system.
What
is
SD
mode?
(SD
denotes
Standard
Definition)
In
SD
mode
standerd
TV
signals
are
recorded
on
a
single
track
with
high
picture
quality
and
long
recording
times.

the
recorder
in
places
subject
to
the
following
conditions:
extreme
heat,
cold,
or
humidity,
dust,

vibrations,
and
poor
ventilation.

Be
careful
of
moisture
condensation.
Do
not
use
the
recorder
immediately
after
moving
it
from
a
cold
place
to
a
warm
place.
The
water
vapor
in
warm
air
will
condense
on
the
still-cold
video
head
drum
and
tape
guides
and
may
cause
damage
to
the
tape
and
the
recorder.

Handle
the
recorder
carefully.

not
block
the
ventilation
openings.

not
place
anything
heavy
on
the
recorder.

might
spill

top
cover

the

tab

protecting
it
from
accidental
erasure.

cassette

a

automatically
starts
playback
when
loaded

a
