Average Feedfactor This is the computed value of
feedfactor calculated by the LWF
controller-in Mass/Grav. It is a
measure of the total estimated
capacity of the feeder. It is
calculated as....
Ave. FF = (MF/DC%)*100%
MF= Massflow, DC = Drive Cmd.
If you see that the Average
feedfactor does not change, the
system is in Pert or the setpoint
deviation is greater than 25%.
FF Hopper Empty If the Density or Feedfactor Array
is "ON", then this variable shows
the computed running average of
feedfactors when the hopper is
nearly at the Refill Request/Refill
Minimum point.
FF Hopper Mid If the Density or Feedfactor Array
is "ON", then this variable shows
the computed running average of
feedfactors halfway between Refill
Complete/Maximum and Refill
Request /Refill Minimum
FF Hopper Full If the Density or Feedfactor Array
is "ON", then this variable shows
the computed running average of
feedfactors when the hopper is
nearly at the Refill Complete/
Refill Maximum point.
