below the Initial Feed
Factor value by the
amount ot the Feed
Factor Alarm Limit,
or if the average or
initial feedfactor are
zero, or if during
feedfactor calibration
for screw feeders, the
calibration result is
not correct see K-Cdr
page Mcn.01.
Check material flow.
Density may have
changed. Check
agitation and for
proper hopper level.
You may have a
hopper bridge or arch
or you are out of
product.
Also check that a
refill did not occur
during feedfactor
calibration.
Feeder Invalid
Command Alarm
The K10S Pc does not
recognize the
commands sent by
the K-Cdr.
Check that K10S Pc
software is
compatible with
current level of K-Cdr
software.
Feeder Range Error
Alarm
The entry value is
greater or less than
the value allowed for
this variable.
Check the limits for
this variable. Use
Communication
Protocol for help
here.
MDU Alarm
(invoked only after
alarm timer expires)
Occurs when K10S
controller digital
input #42 is taken
low.
If used, it indicates
that the motor drive
is in alarm and the
drive must be
corrected.
