This value is
programmable from
0.0% to 10.0% of the
value (Scale Range-
Tare).
This means, if tare is
correct, that the
feeder hopper is
nearly empty. Many
causes are possible.
Refill failure, Too low
a Refill Request Point,
Refill Bypass entered
are but a few of the
possibilities.
Controller Board
Failure Alarm
The K10S controller
pc board has failed
Replace the offending
K10S controller pc
board. Locate by
address. Reprogram.
Display Board
Failure
The K10S DU or
display pc board has
failed
Replace the offending
K10S DU pc board
and reprogram.
Lo Motor Gain
The Motor Control
Gain set by the
Kalman Filter has
dropped below the
Motor Control Gain
Limit
Study why vibration
or other influence is
resulting in low
Motor Control Gains.
Reduce Limit.
