5 Pt100 sensor sets - each with a different sensor tube length - are
installed in both the flow and return pipes. The five sensors should
be connected in series, thus assuming Pt500 characteristics. This
method may only be used with the Pt500 version of MAXICAL
®
III. As with example 1, only paired sensors sets should be used.
4.4 Flow Meter Input (9-11)
This flow meter input can be used by to mechanical meters with
Reed-switch output, mechanical meters with electronic pick-ups or
Kamstrup Energi’s ultrasonic meters: ULTRAFLOW
