SYSTEM SETTINGS
Only the system supervisor is authorized to use this menu. That is, this menu is
displayed only on FTs that are employed as the operator telephone and some special
operations can be carried out via this upper menu option.

Setting Time
HH:MM=: In this menu, the display cursor enables data entry and the user is
required to enter the system time in 24-hour format. As soon as the user enters the
hour, the character “:” automatically appears on the display and the user is
expected to enter the minute.
Setting Date:
DD/MM/YY=: In this menu, the display cursor enables data entry. As the user
enters the day and the month, the character “/” automatically appears on the
display.
Night Mode:
Enable?: The exchange is taken into the night mode.
Disable?: The exchange is taken out of the night mode.
Common Pool Entry:
In the Register no section, FT10/FT20 primarily prompts the operator for the
common pool number. Then the operator enters it. That number should be of 2
digits in the range 0-99 for FT10 and of 3 digits for FT20 due to the exchange
storage capacity of 1000 records. The number does not need to start with line
access code.
No: It prompts the operator for the number to be stored in the common pool.
