Operation
Air Capacitance (C0) Measurement
3. Measure the air capacitance value (C
0
) and record the measurement data.
The data is used to calculate the dielectric parameter.
Compare the measured value with the value in the “Supplemental
Performance Characteristics” on page 9.
If the value is not correct, check the following:
• Was the spacer correctly chosen and set?
• Are the O-rings set correctly?
• Are the high and low electrodes put tightly together?
Then perform the measurement procedure again.
