Pulse transients transition to a new output level upon receipt of a trigger
and return to the original level after a specified time, repeating this
action by the number of times specified by the count. When these
commands are sent, two output pulses step the voltage amplitude from
its previous setting to 90 V rms upon receipt of a trigger. At the end of
the specified period (multiplied by the count), the voltage returns to its
original level.
