To reboot the instrument: SYST:REB
SYSTem:SECurity:IMMediate
Clears all user memory and reboots the instrument. This command is typically used to prepare the
instrument for removal from a secure area. It sanitizes all user data by writing all zeros to flash
memory and then performing a chip erase as per manufacturer's data sheet. Identification data
(instrument firmware, model number, serial number, MAC address and calibration data) is not erased.
After the data is cleared, the instrument is rebooted.
This procedure is not recommended for use in routine applications because of the possibility of
unintended loss of data.
