Warranty and Service Options
Keysight N9320B spectrum analyzer provides 1- year
return- to- Keysight warranty as standard.
Keysight Technologies offers several optional maintenance
plans to service your analyzer after the warranty has
expired:
R- 51B- 001- 3C
extends this service to 3 years.
R- 50C- 011- 3
Keysight calibration upfront support plan, 3- year coverage.
The calibration cycle of N9320B spectrum analyzer is one
year.
NOTE
If the analyzer is still under warranty or is covered by a maintenance
contract, it will be repaired under the terms of the warranty or plan
(the warranty is located at the front of this manual).
If the analyzer is no longer under warranty or is not covered by an
Keysight Technologies maintenance plan, Keysight Technologies will
notify you of the cost of the repair after examining the analyzer.
NOTE
A button cell provides power to the real time clock of the spectrum
analyzer. It is not rechargeable. If you find your N9320B encounters a
clock defect, please contact your nearest Keysight Customer Contact
Center (CCC) for service.
