3�hereof,�our�Authorized�Dealers�
shall�either�repair�or�replace,�any�
Kia�genuine�part�that�is�acknowledged�
by�KIN�to�be�defective�in�material�
or�workmanship�within�the�warranty�
period�stipulated�above,�after�exam-
inations�carried�out�to�confirm�that�
none�of�the�original�settings�have�
been�tampered�with,�at�no�cost�to�
the�owner�of�the�Kia�vehicle�for�
parts�or�labour.�Such�defective�parts�
which�have�been�replaced�will�become�
the�property�of�KIN.�
