3. Connect the black test lead to the DUT.
Note that improper test-lead connections may cause the entire DUT to be
charged to dangerously high voltages.

Connect the red test lead to the DUT.

5. Insert the red test lead into the HIGH VOLTAGE terminal.

■ To disconnect the test leads from the DUT
Disconnect the red test lead from the HIGH VOLTAGE terminal. You do not need to
disconnect the black test lead from the LOW terminal.
Short-circuit the L and N
terminals of the power
cord and connect the red
alligator clip to one
terminal.
