3.3.3 Checking Safety after Shutting off the Output
Checking indications at two locations
If you must touch the DUT, test lead, test probe, and/or a high-voltage-charged sec-
tion such as the periphery of the output terminals for re-installing wiring, etc., check
the indications at the two locations shown in Fig. 3-7 to ensure safety.

When disconnecting the test leads from the DUT
Disconnect the red test lead from the HIGH VOLTAGE terminal. You do not need to
disconnect the black test lead from the LOW terminal.

Confirm that the DANGER lamp is not lit.
Confirm that the voltmeter indicates “0.00”.
