11. Remove sanitization
cartridge
12. Add 5 mL unscented
bleach to a sanitization
cartridge that is half full
of clean water.
WARNING: Handle cartridge with care
when removing. May contain chemical
solution.
14. Open jack screw
completely
15. Slowly open feed valve
16. Wait for flow to drop off.
Close feed and allow
system to depressurize.
Leave faucet open.
17. Remove prefilter, postfilter and auxiliary
(if necessary) cartridge plugs.
18. Install all remaining cartridges.
(Cartridges must already be prepared
according to their installation
instructions). Use cartridge plug for any
unused auxiliary port.
20. Wait for steady
permeate flow at the
faucet, then close.
Remove anti-spray
line. Check for leaks
21. Inform customer to
discard first two
tanks of water
