Stop the engine and check the AC
receptacle
Replace the AC receptacle

Disconnect the main winding and sub
winding (CG) 6p connector on inverte
unit. Start the generator and measure
the voltage between pins 1&4, 2&4, 1&2.
Each reading should be at least 290
volts.
1. Check and repair stator wiring
harness or replace stator
2. Check rotor magnetism. If
decreasing, replace the rotor
