stocked unit off for short periods.
To shut down the unit for a longer period, proceed
as described in

Chapter 4.2 “Final decommis-
sioning of the unit” on page 31.
7.3 Retrieving/erasing the temperature memory
The temperature memory records the temperature
from the moment the target temperature is
reached.
Restarting the unit resets the temperature memory.
1. Press button [Max.].

The maximum value of the temperature memory is dis-
played.
2. Press button [Min.].
ð
The minimum value of the temperature memory is dis-
played.
1. Press and hold button [Max.].
2. Press button [Reset].
ð
The Display shows .
The maximum value of the temperature memory is
erased.
3. Press and hold button [Min.].
4. Press button [Reset].

The Display shows .
The minimum value of the temperature memory is
erased.
