In order to avoid multiples hydraulic pipes in the boom the control panels are fully electric. They
consist in a set of joysticks and button on a box fastened to the bucket (for the upper one) or on
a wired remote control. These control panels both allows using the emergency hydraulic power
system.
The emergency shutdown and engine start/stop commands are available on these panels. For
security reasons, priority is given to the downer control panel.
SAFETY DEVICES
Internal leakages are prevented by driven check valves that block the outriggers in case of
failure of the hydraulic system.
A pressure relief device controls the rotation torque.
A general pressure relief device keeps the pressure to the recommended level.
Manual control on the turret in case of system failure.
Emergency power system with an electric oil pump which can be controlled from both of the
control panels.
Bypass of the emergency shutdown from the downer control panel.
Self centering joysticks to stop movements when released.
Security harness ring inside the bucket.
Parking brake security system.
