To set the machine for total
cleanout, the two cover panels must be
added to the top face of the load con-
veyor. This is done by sliding the panels
one at the time down from the top of the
conveyor. It may require loosening the
chains to get the panels underneath the
bars. Attach the left and right hold down
plate to help hold panels flat using the
3/8 x 1 socket head counter-sunk screws
provided. Holes are located at the top of
the panels.

NOTE: Adding some anti-seize
compound or other lubricant to the
threads of the screw will help insure
their removal at a later date.
Install the conveyor trough. This item
comes mounted on the machine from the
factory. If it has not been removed, this
procedure can be omitted. This trough
catches any material that might fall to the floor
as the conveyor bars are rotating around the
bottom end of the conveyor. It installs in the
first set of holes from the front on the lower
frame channel. Two 1/2 x 1 1/2 capscrews
are used on each side to secure it to the
frame.
