On the General tab, set the following options as desired.
Default item type: Click the appropriate icon to set the default scan mode to Documents or Pictures.
Default scan destination: You can set the default to scan to a file, application, or memory card.
Application List: Opens a dialog where you can add and remove applications from the destination list
for scanned items.
4 Click OK or Apply.
