6.5.1 Programmable Input/Output (I/O)
Modules
Programmable Input/Output (I/O) modules provide two
inputs and six outputs, numbered 1--6, for controller
communications. Up to four modules can be connected
to the controller.
The I/O modules are mounted on a DIN rail and covered
by a protective cover. See Figure 6-9. Figure 6-10 and
Figure 6-11 show typical I/O module locations.
