Cooling system
u Remove plates 2 and clamps 3.
u Remove screws 8, 10, 25 and distance sleeve 6.
u Remove retaining plates 9, 21, 24.
u Remove screws 14, 18.
u Remove aggregate support connector 17.
u Unscrew connection nuts of pipes 5, 13, 20, 27.
u Remove pipes 5, 13, 20, 27.
u Remove fittings 22, 23.
Information
Fittings 22, 23 have different internal diameters, depending on the side of the engine.
Make a note of which kind of fitting is installed on which side of the engine.

u Remove screws 1.
u Remove plate 2 and clamps 3.
u Remove screws 42.
u Remove retaining plate 41.
u Remove screws 14, 40.
u Remove aggregate support connector 39.
u Unscrew connection nuts of pipes 33, 36, 37, 43.
u Remove pipes 33, 36, 37, 43.
u Disconnect fittings, flange joints and connectors.
