Select HELP/FAQ to find answers to commonly asked
questions. See Figure 1-54. If your question is not
answered, select MY ISSUE ISN’T LISTED ABOVE on
the bottom of the screen to be directed to multiple options
for contacting Kohler Co. The Feedback window shown
in Figure 1-55 will open.
Select the relevant feedback topic and follow the
instructions on the screen.
