1. When disconnecting or connecting a connector
between the engine controller and engine, be
sure to turn the starting switch OFF.
2. If a T-adapter is inserted in or connected to a
connector between the engine controller and
engine for troubleshooting, do not start the
engine.
a You may turn the starting switch to the OFF
or ON position but must not turn it to the
START position.
