If the Kongsberg Marine Radio charger's LED is flashing red, it could be due to the charger not being connected, a connection failure, or a faulty charger. Try disconnecting all cables, waiting one minute, and then reconnecting them, ensuring the power supply is connected to the mains (110 or 220 Vac).
