measurementstomakeandsomeotherrelevantoperatingparameters.Pleasenotethat

Prerequisites
Whencongurationisrequired,connectthesensortoacomputerrunningtheTV80
and/orPXConguratorprogramsbymeansofthePXConguratorcable..
Procedure
ThisprocedureassumesthatyouareconguringyoursensorusingtheTV80program.
Proceedtostep5ifyouareusingthePXConguratorprogram.
1Ontheprocessorunitdesktop,double-clicktherelevantprogramicontostartit.
2OntheSetupmenu,selectInstallation.
ObservethattheInstallationdialogboxopens.
3AtthebottomoftheSensorlistpage,selectAddNewSensor.
TheAddNewSensordialogboxopens.
4SelectY es.
5IntheveryrstPXSensorConguratordialogbox,selectcommunicationport
andsensortype,thenselectConnect.
6Atthetopofthedialogbox,selecttherelevanttypeofreceiver.
7Onthegearillustration,selectthelocationofyoursensor.
8UnderDirection,selectifthesensorisgoingtopointtothevesselortothetrawl.
9Choosethemeasurementsyouwantyoursensortoreadanddenetherelevant
parametersaccordingly.
10Choosethecommunicationchannel.
Thisisspeciallyimportantifyouwishtouseseveralsensorstooperateon
differentcommunicationchannels.Thisisalsoimportanttoavoidinterferenceif
severalvesselsequippedwithidenticalcatchmonitoringsystemsareoperating
simultaneouslyinthesamearea.
