Ifyouwantyoursensortomeasurethepitchandrollofthetrawldoors,youmust

calibrateit.

Procedure

1Placethesensorinthedooradapter.

Ontheportdoor,the“downelementshallfacedown”.Onthestarboarddoor,the

“side”elementshallfacedown.

2Placethedooronastablesurface.

aUsealevelandsetthedoorincorrectuprightpositiontocreatea0degrees

pitchand0degreesrollreference.

3Connectthesensortothecomputerusingtheprogrammingcable.

4Ontheprocessorunitdesktop,double-clicktherelevantprogramicontostartit.

5IntheveryrstPXSensorConguratordialogbox,selectcommunicationport

andsensortype,thenselectConnect.

ThededicatedConguratordialogboxopens.

6SelectCalibrateSensortoopenthedialogbox.

7Providedthatthedoorisinitsleveledposition,selectLeveled..

8Tiltthedooratleast20degreesinwardsintherolldirectionandmakesurethe

physicaldoorpitchdoesnotchange.
