Saving and Recalling Customized Settings and
Restoring the Factory Default System Settings

To save the customized settings that you have entered, press and
hold the save button (27) for approximately four seconds. The front
panel displays
SAVING SETUP while the settings are being stored in the
nonvolatile memory of the Showcase Processor.
To retrieve your system’s saved settings, press and hold the recall
button (29) for approximately four seconds. The front panel displays
RECALL SETUP while the settings are being retrieved from the non-
volatile memory of the Showcase Processor. Any settings that have
been saved will be available through recalling system setup.
To replace all system settings with the factory default settings, follow
these steps:
1. Press the front panel power button (1) to put your system into the
operational mode.
2. Simultaneously press the recall button (29) and the power button (1).
The front panel displays:

INITIALIZING
Your customized settings for the Showcase Processor revert to the
factory default settings.
If you save your settings, they are still in memory after you restore the factory
default system settings. Follow Recalling Customized Settings above to
retrieve your customized settings.
