3.5 Installing the engine guard

3.6 Removing the seat
Condition
The motorcycle is stationary.
The engine is off.
The ignition has been switched on or off for less than 1 minute.

Press seat release button

– Raise the rear of the seat, pull the seat back, and lift it off
upward.
3.7 Mounting the seat

Hook holding lug

of the seat onto the fuel tank, lower the
rear and push it forward.

Insert locking pin

into the lock housing and push down the
rear of the seat until the locking pin engages with a click.
– Check that the seat is correctly mounted.
