The toe is the difference in length between distances D and C by which the wheels are spaced at the front or rear when driv-
ing straight ahead. The distance is measured at the height of the wheel center from rim flange to rim flange.
Tighten nuts 2 and 3.
Guideline
Lock nut, tie rod, outside M12x1.25 20 Nm (14.8 lbf ft)
Lock nut, tie rod, inside M12LHx1.25 20 Nm (14.8 lbf ft)

The tie rods 1 must still be freely movable.
10.20Checking/adjusting the camber x

The left and right camber should have the same settings.
The operations are the same on the left and right.
Raise the vehicle with the lifting gear. ( p. 67)
