Cannot send via email
Is the email send size limited in the SMTP server registered in this machine?
Check email sending size in Command Center RX.

Launch your Web browser.

In the address or location bar, enter the machine's IP address or the host name.

Log in with administrator privileges.

Click [E-mail] of the [Functions] Menu.

Check whether a restriction value is entered in [E-mail Size Limit] of "E-mail Send
Settings", and change it as necessary.

Click [Submit].
