Check height and level of DF-9100 unit and DE-9100.
1 Check the height.
Insert pins [B] of the connecting plate [A] to holes [C] on DF-9100 Connect DF-9100 to DE-9100. Check the
position of pin [B] diameter [D] and hole [C] height [E].
• OK: Outline [D] of pin [B] is in between hole [C] height [E].
• NG: Outline [D] of pin [B] is out of hole [C] height [E].
2 Check the level.
Check the level if the distance between DF-9100 and DE-9100 [F], [G] are equal.
• OK: The distance between DF-9100 and DE-9100 [F], [G] are equal.
• NG: The distance between DF-9100 and DE-9100 [F], [G] are not equal.
3 Go to next step according to result of height and level check.
• Height OK, Level OK: Go to step 41.
• Height OK, Level NG: Go through from step 30 to 32 then jump to step 36.
• Height NG, Level OK: Go to step 30.
• Height NG, Level NG: Go to step 30.
