What causes a noisy or cavitating carbonator pump in my lancer Twin Pour?
    • H
      Holly DavisSep 8, 2025
A noisy or cavitating carbonator pump in your Lancer dispenser is caused by insufficient incoming water supply pressure. Verify the incoming supply water pressure to the carbonator pump is a minimum of 75 psi (0.516 MPa) and a maximum of 125 psi (0.862 MPa).

Why is my Lancer Dispenser not dispensing product when the switch is activated?
    • T
      Travis TaylorAug 22, 2025
The Lancer Dispenser might not be dispensing product due to several reasons: a malfunctioning switch assembly, no power to the dispenser, a malfunctioning power supply, a malfunctioning PCB board, the keyswitch being off or its harness disconnected, or a malfunctioning LFCV valve module. To resolve this, try the following: * Replace the switch assembly. * Check the internal breaker and incoming power. * Check the voltage to the power supply and fuses. * Replace the PCB board. * Turn the keyswitch on and/or reconnect the keyswitch harness. * Replace the LFCV valve module.

Why is my lancer Twin Pour only dispensing syrup with CO gas, but no water?
    • S
      Sharon BurkeSep 2, 2025
If your Lancer Dispenser is only dispensing syrup with CO gas but no water, it could be due to improper water flow to the dispenser, the carbonator pump motor having timed out, the liquid level probe not connected properly to the PCB, a defective PCB assembly, a defective liquid level probe, or a weak or defective carbonator pump. To fix this: 1. Check for water flow to the dispenser. 2. Reset by turning the unit OFF, then ON by using the circuit breaker on the power supply or momentarily unplugging the unit. 3. Check the connections of the liquid level probe to the PCB assembly. 4. Replace the PCB assembly. 5. Replace the liquid level probe. 6. Replace the pump.

Why is my lancer Twin Pour valve not shutting off?
    • R
      Rebecca MillsSep 1, 2025
If the valve on your Lancer dispenser is not shutting off, it could be due to debris in the paddle arms or a sticking solenoid plunger. To resolve this: * Activate the valve a few times to free debris. Clean out any foreign material. * Replace the solenoid coil.

What to do if my lancer Twin Pour Dispenser has insufficient syrup flow?
    • T
      Tiffany MartinezAug 31, 2025
If your Lancer dispenser has insufficient syrup flow, it could be due to insufficient CO pressure to the BIB pumps, the shutoff on the mounting block not being fully open, foreign debris in the syrup flow control, or a defective BIB pump. Try the following: 1. Adjust the CO pressure to the BIB pumps to 80 psi (0.552 MPa) (min. 70 psi (0.483 MPa). Do not exceed manufacturer’s recommendations. 2. Open the shutoff fully. 3. Remove the syrup flow control from the valve and clean out any foreign material to ensure smooth spool movement. 4. Replace the pump.

Why is my Lancer Dispenser experiencing low or no carbonation?
    • M
      michelleadamsAug 30, 2025
Low or no carbonation in your Lancer dispenser could be due to low or no CO, low water pressure, a worn or defective carbonator pump, a backflow preventer not allowing water to flow, a malfunctioning probe, or a malfunctioning PCB. To troubleshoot: * Check the CO supply and adjust CO pressure to 70 psi (0.483 MPa). * You may need a water booster kit. * Replace the carbonator pump. * Replace the backflow preventer, noting the flow direction arrow from pump to coldplate. * Replace the probe. * Replace the PCB.

Why is my lancer Twin Pour Dispenser experiencing excessive foaming?
    • O
      owalshAug 29, 2025
Excessive foaming in your Lancer dispenser may occur due to no ice in the bin, incoming water or syrup temperature being too high, CO pressure being too high, water flow rate being too high, the nozzle and diffuser not being clean, or air in the BIB lines. To address this: 1. Fill the bin with ice and allow the coldplate to re-stabilize. 2. Correct the temperature prior to the dispenser. 3. Adjust CO pressure downward, but not less than 70 psi (0.483 MPa). 4. Re-adjust and reset the ratio. 5. Remove and clean the nozzle and diffuser. 6. Bleed air from the BIB lines.
