21. Standard functions of the breaker
21.1 Reset PIN
MAN position.
Default setting.
In this position it’s possible to prevent the closing after
a trip commanded by protection unit (pin ejected).
When this function is selected, the operator must
insert the pin before closing again the breaker.
AUT position.
Mostly used in monitoring systems.
In this position the breaker can be always closed
after a trip commanded by protection unit (pin
remains inserted).
Breaker will be always ready to close when its status
is as below:
For use with
automatic
change
over systems
(with feedback
function) set the
reset button in
MAN position.
Note: In order to set the pin in AUT position:
1. Push the pin until the end with a finger.
2. Pushing, turn the pin 90° in AUT position.
