• Test button verification: keep pushed T button
for 2 seconds and check these conditions:
- all LEDs turns on for 1 second (ON LED is
green, others are red)
- device trips
- display shows device tripping
- RESET pin will be released
- to reset device, push RESET button and set it
back to its working position.
• Verify that all accessory characteristics are in
compliance with auxiliary circuit voltage and
electric scheme.
Functional checks
• Verify device mechanical functioning, with
open and close operation of the main con-
tacts.
• In case of device with mechanical interlock,
verify if it works according to the proper inter-
lock diagram.
• Verify locking system, if any (open position,
draw-out position, etc...).
Auxiliaries wiring and installation
checks
• Verify proper installation of auxiliary circuits
• Verify terminals wiring correspondence
• Verify auxiliary wiring circuit correspondence
Under voltage checks
Dielectric checks must be performed in the dis-
tribution center according to the international
standards by qualified technicians with proper
equipments.
To avoid damages to people or devices, it’s
mandatory to follow these indications:
• disconnect all the electric accessories from
auxiliary circuit.
• verify the presence and value of the device
up-stream and down-stream voltage.
