8.3 Lubricating the instrument
Once a month, lubricate the following parts with
the included drive parts oil No. 405 (1 - 2 drops
are enough).
Instrument and specimen holder:
• Theclampingkey(95) of the quick clamping
system.
• TheT-piece(55) on the microtome base plate.
• Guiderails(96) for the knife holder base on the
microtome base plate.
• TheT-pieceontheknifeholderbase(56).
