7. BASIC OPERATING
INSTRUCTIONS
This section has only those operating instructions to safely operate and do
maintenance on the ASTRONAUT A4.
The full set of operating instructions can be found in the operator manual.
7.1 Switch ON/OFF the Robot Unit and the Central Unit
7.1.1 Switch ON the Central Unit
1. Open the central unit.
2. In the central unit make sure:
• The main power supply is available and correctly connected.
• The main water supply is available and correctly connected.
• The compressed air supply is available and correctly connected.
• The milking robot is correctly connected to the T4C network.
3. Open the central control box.
4. Set the ON/OFF switch in the ON position.
