7.5 Take the Robot Unit Out of Operation
A single robot unit can be taken out of operation with the E-Link. All robot
units in a cluster can be taken out of operation with the CRS+.
7.5.1
Take One Robot Unit Out of Operation with the E-Link
1. On the E-Link select:

Button [ ], to open the quick launch buttons bar
• Button .

When the ongoing milking or cleaning process is finished, the
ASTRONAUT A4 stops, meanwhile button is displayed.
3.
When the milking robot is out of operation, button (start) is
displayed.
7.5.2 Take All Robots in a Cluster out of Operation with the CRS+
1. In the display main status screen, push button [PROG].
2. Select 'Cluster operation' > 'Out oper.'
The selected cluster is taken out of operation.
7.6 Reset the Robot Unit
1. Take the robot unit out of operation with the E-Link (page 7‑10).
2. On the E-Link select: tab [System] > button [Shutdown].
3. Wait until the status of all services except 'AGS' and 'ECS' is not
'Running'.
4. Select button [Reset all].
5. Wait until:
• The status of AGS is not 'Running'
• The status of ECS is not 'Running'
• The status of the other services is 'Init'
6. Select button [Start].
7. The calibration procedure window is displayed.
