The DCBM includes a list of preset R
P
table of 8 R
P
values. Parameter cableId allows selection
through the table.
Three types of DCBM references are available, with di󰀨erent preset tables:
• Dynamic compensation
• No compensation
• Fixed-value compensation
Product designation separates those types (see "3.5. Product designation"). Resistance values for
all products are distributed as follows:
Figure 27: Distribution of R
P
values depending on product designation
For references with dynamic compensation, R
P
value to use is chosen at the start of each transaction
by the charger controller. It cannot change during transactions. After the transaction, the used
compensation level is securely stored within the corresponding signed transaction data structure.
i
The following items are excluded from compensation:
• Exported energy is not compensated
• Live voltage, current, power are never compensated
• Any energy outside transactions is not compensated
